Store policies
These policies explain how personal data, cryptocurrency payments, shipping, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
We collect account details, delivery information, order contents, and payment-provider references needed to operate the store. Delivery details are encrypted at rest. Passwords are salted and hashed; they are never stored as readable text.
We retain order records for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Eligible customers can export or request deletion of account data from My Account. Some transaction records may need to be retained or anonymized.
Cryptocurrency invoices are created by NOWPayments only after the customer confirms the order. The displayed coin, network, address, and exact amount must all match. Fixed-rate quotes expire after the time shown, normally ten minutes.
An order is not paid until the payment provider confirms it. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Never send a different asset or use a different network.
Shipping availability, charges, and delivery details are confirmed during checkout. Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and deliverable address and for checking import restrictions in their destination.
Dispatch and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs, carrier disruption, incomplete addresses, and local controls can cause delays.
Contact support as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed. Orders that have entered fulfillment may no longer be cancellable. Do not return products without receiving instructions first.
Refund eligibility depends on order status, the reason for the request, applicable law, and whether goods can safely be accepted back. Approved cryptocurrency refunds may differ from the original coin amount because exchange rates and network fees change.
Catalogue products are presented for research use only and are not represented as medicines, foods, cosmetics, or products for human or veterinary use. Customers are responsible for lawful purchase, possession, handling, and use.
Use a unique password and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Notify support promptly if you believe an account or order has been accessed without permission.
