What are Borealis catalogue products intended for?
Catalogue products are offered for research use only. They are not presented as medicines, foods, cosmetics, or products for human or veterinary use. Borealis does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, or dosing instructions.
How does the checkout process work?
Add available variants to your cart, enter accurate delivery details, choose cryptocurrency as the payment method, and review the order. The backend recalculates the order total before creating a payment with NOWPayments.
Which cryptocurrencies and networks can I use?
The checkout displays the currently supported coin and network combinations. Always send the exact asset on the exact network shown on the payment page. Sending another asset or network can permanently lose the funds.
Why does a fixed cryptocurrency quote expire?
Cryptocurrency exchange rates change continuously. A fixed quote normally remains valid for ten minutes, using the deadline shown on the payment page. If it expires before payment, create a new payment to receive a current amount and deposit address.
How do I know whether my payment succeeded?
The order status updates after NOWPayments confirms the blockchain transaction. A wallet broadcast alone does not mean the order is paid. Use the payment page or My Account to view the latest provider-confirmed status.
Do I need an account to place an order?
An account provides access to saved order history, payment status, privacy controls, and support information. Use a unique password and sign out when using a shared device.
How are delivery details protected?
Account passwords are salted and hashed. Sensitive order delivery fields are encrypted at rest when the required Cloudflare encryption secrets are configured. Access to customer and order information is restricted by server-side authorization.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Contact support as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after payment or fulfillment begins. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on the order state, applicable law, and the detailed store policies.
What should I do if checkout or login does not work?
Refresh the page once, confirm that cookies and JavaScript are enabled, and try again without a browser extension blocking requests. If the problem continues, contact hello@borealispeptide.com without sending passwords, wallet recovery phrases, or private keys.
